Headquartered in Leesburg VA and part of the Zollner Group, EIT says this expansion will allow additional production options and additional potential for customer projects. Expansion of the Salem location also anchors the strategically important position on the East Coast for EIT Zollner and reinforces its presence in the relevant markets there, Industrial Electronics, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Aerospace and Defense.
From its three locations, Leesburg VA, Danville VA and Salem NH, EIT, together with Zollner, offers tailored solutions as well as a comprehensive spectrum of EMS provisions along the entire product life cycle, from design and prototype phases through production and all the way to after-sales service using the most state-of-the-art technologies in the areas of electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, inductive components and cable assembly.
Multi-million dollar investments are expected over the course of the year for the setup and equipping the building with the most modern technologies. This expansion at this location not only offers additional capacity but also a first-class infrastructure and the option of flexible adaptation to customer requirements and optimal conditions for the implementation of individual customer projects.
